JBJS Online Subspecialty CME exams are active and eligible for credit for one year after posting (two years for Ethics and Pain Management exams). JBJS Online Quarterly CME exams are active and eligible for credit for three months after posting. After expiring, courses can no longer be taken for credit, but they still can be used as practice tests for study and review. Practice tests may be taken at no charge.
When you have submitted a course for credit, your My CME summary page will indicate you have received credit for that course. Your certificate of completion indicates how much credit you claimed, and the maximum credit allowable for that course. Certificates remain printable even after a course expires.
Courses submitted for credit on or before December 31, 2006 will be recorded in 2006. Courses submitted for credit on or after January 1, 2007 will be recorded in 2007.
